Doctor of Philosophy Degree Program
Requirements for the Ph.D. Degree Students may pursue the Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering (see Civil and Environmental Engineering). In addition to the doctoral degree requirements of Civil Engineering and the Graduate School concerning admission, residency, dissertation, and exams, the EWRE Program requires at least 18 credits of approved course work beyond the minimum degree requirements for the M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering (or equivalent degree). Six of these credits must be earned in a research skill. There is no language requirement. |
