The Union Leadership and Activism (ULA) progarm is a limited residency format for our Master of Science degree in Labor Studies designed for union officers, staff, and activists. It  provides unionists the opportunity to study and explore the labor movement from a workers' rights perspective.

The requirements for the ULA program are the same as the core curriculum for the residential program.  Full-time students typically complete the degree in two years.
