Program Overview

The Foundations of Management Certificate provides great value and marketability as an academic credential which is delivered in-person and online, and requires the completion of four designated graduate-level courses or thirteen (13) credit hours. This certificate can also transition into an Isenberg graduate business degree, as all four courses in the certificate can transfer to the MBA or MSBA programs, upon acceptance into those programs.

The purpose of this graduate level certificate is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the foundational disciplines central to managing and leading any type of organization. Understanding the basics of accounting, finance, marketing and organizational behavior are core competencies critical across all industries and fields as well as across all types of organizations -- for-profit and non-profit alike.
