				 Students must complete five courses (16-17 credits) in the History of Art and Architecture, as follows: Two 100-level surveys: 100 Ancient to Medieval (4 cr) 110 Renaissance to Modern (4 cr) Three upper-level courses (3 cr each) or 115 Introduction to the Visual Arts (4 cr) Four upper-level courses (3 cr each) or 118 Introduction to Architecture and the Built Environment (4 cr) Four upper-level courses (3 cr each) or 115 Introduction to the Visual Arts (4 cr) 118 Introduction to Architecture and the Built Environment (4 cr) Three upper-level courses (3 cr each) Courses must be completed with a grade of at least C to be counted toward the minor. At least three of the five courses must be taken in the History of Art and Architecture Department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  |
