The Minor
The Minor in Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies at UMass Amherst consists of 6 courses. I. Language Requirement RUSSIAN 110 and 120 (Elementary Russian I and II) or equivalent, or POLISH 110 and 120 (Elementary Polish I and II), or equivalent. II. Coursework Four courses focusing on the Russian, East European and Eurasian area as outlined in Section II of the major above. A maximum of two courses in Russian, Polish or another area language beyond the introductory level may also be included among the required four courses. |
