1. ACCOUNTNG 221 Principles of Accounting (prerequisite)
2. FINANCE 301 Principles of Finance (prerequisite)
3. SCH-MGMT 333 (formerly SCH-MGMT 397R) Principles of Real Estate
4. SCH-MGMT 433 (formerly SCH-MGMT 497R) Real Estate Finance, Analysis and Investment
5. SCH-MGMT 434 (formerly SCH-MGMT 498E) Advanced Real Estate Investing
