Career Opportunities

The B.F.A. degree program prepares students for careers as performing artists. The B.A. degree program provides a liberal arts background, allowing students to combine studies in dance with other fields of interest. Both programs prepare students to seek careers in performance and choreography, dance education, dance therapy, dance science, dance history/aesthetics, dance technology, and entrance into graduate school for MA and MFA degree programs.
