The Program

Description:

Do you like to bring people together? Are you organized and motivated? Our Meeting & Event Management certificate teaches you how to plan and run events. In five online courses, you’ll learn how to turn clients’ visions into realities, while making it look effortless. Earn your certificate online on your schedule and within one year.

From examining details with a fine-toothed comb to evaluating the bigger picture, our certification prepares students to handle events large and small. Students are taught by experts in the industry about how to choose appropriate meeting sites, plan pre-event publicity, coordinate audio-visual aids and banquet service, and negotiate contracts.

Whether you’re a seasoned event planner seeking accreditation or a novice starting a new career, our online certification gives you the skills you need to impress. Additionally, our certificate helps prepare you for the CMP exam. Each course is the equivalent of 36 hours of industry related continuing education.
