The Real Estate Series Program is composed of the following 5 courses:

  1. ACCOUNTNG 221 – Financial Accounting
  2. FINANCE 301 – Corporate Finance (Prereq. ACCOUNTG 221)
  3. SCH-MGMT 333 – Principels of Real Estate 
  4. SCH-MGMT 433 – Real Estate Finance, Analysis and Investment 
  5. SCH-MGMT 434 – Advanced Real Estate Investing
