Master of Science Degree Program

The Master of Science is a minimum 33-credit program focused heavily on business foundations, experiential-based learning,and leadership development. Required courses include 635 Sport and the Law, 636 Sport Organizational Behavior and Development, 661 Social-Historical Foundations of Modern Sport, 624 Sport Finance and Business, 694B Professional Development in Sport Management, and 623 Sport Marketing. The core curriculum is supplanted by a wide array of electives, including courses is sport analytics, market research, economics, labor relations, collegiate athletics, and sales. M.S. students can also take MBA electives and benefit from the program's place in a nationally recognized business school, the Isenberg School of Management.
